Save Time and Protect Yourself with These Useful Contracts

The HBA offers the following helpful contracts. Each of the three collections of contracts can be printed and used by members. If you are using a contract, be sure that you use all the necessary portions to complete the requirements.

You can also order these contracts on disk in Microsoft Word, allowing you to make changes as necessary to fit your needs. We recommend you consult your attorney when making any changes to the contracts.

These contracts reflect the necessary language as required in Georgia Senate Bill 563 (Notice and Opportunity to Repair), and the Limited Warranty reflects the necessary language as required by the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contrators.
